Boys Basketball: Hoveydai, Vernon Hills take down Round Lake

Darren Hoveydai scored a game-high 26 points to pace Vernon Hills to a 64-43 victory over Round Lake on Saturday night.
Jarrett Wood and Stephen Curry scored eight points apiece as the Cougars improved to 10-7 overall and 5-2 in the NSC Prairie.
Vernon Hills took full control of the game when it tallied 21 points in the third quarter.
Juddon Carter led Round Lake with 19 points.
This was a rescheduled game. Both teams were slated to play on Friday night but it postponed due to heavy snow.
