Google Inc. is selling the 84-acre campus of Motorola Mobility in Libertyville.
The Philadelphia-based real estate firm Binswanger Management Corp. said Thursday that Google has hired it to market the property, which consists of 1.1 million square feet at 600 N. U.S. 45, near Route 137.
Binswanger declined to state an asking price.
Google bought Motorola Mobility for $12.5 billion in late 2011 and last July announced it will move the Libertyville employees to the Merchandise Mart downtown. Motorola Mobility had 3,000 workers in Libertyville, but Google is cutting 750.
The property has four connected buildings with a day care center, cafeteria, gym and parking for 3,400 cars.
