Vernon Hills police blotter for Dec. 17, 2012

The following incidents were listed in the official reports of the Vernon Hills Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest by police does not constitute a finding of guilt; only a court of law can make that determination.
THEFT
• Breanna J. Williams, 22, of 1209 Silverstone Drive, Carpentersville, was charged Sunday, Dec. 9, of with burglary, retail theft and resisting arrest after allegedly leaving Macy’s, 1 Hawthorn Center, without paying for $2,631.27 worth of merchandise and then running from police.
• Shara C. Allen, 33, of 17 Oxford Drive No. 14, Carpentersville, was charged Sunday, Dec. 9, of with burglary, retail theft, possession of a theft detection device and resisting arrest after allegedly leaving Macy’s, 1 Hawthorn Center, without paying for $2,631.27 worth of merchandise and then running from police.
• Aireol Holman, 33, of 2134 Aberdeen Drive, Carpentersville, was charged Sunday, Dec. 9, with burglary, retail theft and possession of a theft detection device after allegedly leaving Macy’s, 1 Hawthorn Center, without paying for $2,631.27 worth of merchandise.
• Carlos M. Sisalima 22, of 933 Adams Court, Vernon Hills, was charged Saturday, Dec. 8, with retail theft after allegedly leaving JC Penny, 4 Hawthorn Center, without paying for $241 worth of clothing. He faces a Jan. 10 court date.
• Marcus E. Bradford, 19, of 301 Cypress Lane, Libertyville, was charged Thursday, Dec. 6, with retail theft after allegedly leaving Carson Pirie Scott, 3 Hawthorn Center, without paying for two candy bars. He faces a Jan. 10 court date.
• Victor F. Tuccy III, 19, of 4999 Adele Drive, Gurnee, was charged Thursday, Dec. 6, with retail theft after allegedly leaving Carson Pirie Scott, 3 Hawthorn Center, without paying for two candy bars. He faces a Jan. 10 court date.
• Matthew M. Burchard, 20, of 2116 Oakleaf Lane, Lake Villa, was charged Wednesday, Dec. 5, with theft after allegedly taking money from another team’s locker room while at Glacier Ice Arena, 670 N. Lakeview Parkway. He faces a Dec. 20 court date.
• Two 16-year-old boys were charged Friday, Nov. 30, which possession of stolen property after allegedly taking items from the Vernon Hills High School lost and found box that did not belong to them.
BATTERY
• A 14-year-old male and 13-year-old male were charged Wednesday, Dec. 5, with battery after an alleged fight at Hawthorn Middle School North. They face a Jan. 10 court date.
